
The Carnation High Court dismissed the petition filed by former Member of Prajwal Rerannn for the transfer of court proceedings before him before the next court and claimed that the judge of the current session was biased against him.
The judge, while rejecting the petition, stated that the observation of the judge meeting in the judgments against Prajwal cannot be interpreted as a bias by the judge.
He noticed that the court intended to meet the court, which was intended to carry out a court of court every day, criticized the adjoining on behalf of Prajwal, and the High Court stated that the judge had definitely frowned in an attempt to overcome the case by resorting to delayed tactics. However, Prajwal’s lawyer dismissed the accusation that there was an attempt to postpone the court proceedings.
The High Court stated that if the criminal proceedings may be transferred to accusations of bias, the requests could be submitted in all criminal matters to the transfer of cases to another court.
