What is the Nemsa Veer Parivar Sahayata Yojana? How does it help soldiers?
In the milestone initiative and for the first time in Indian history, legal assistance will be actively provided to the families of former servants and serving soldiers.
As part of the NALSA initiative, panel lawyers and para-legal volunteers will be free of charge to soldiers. This initiative will help release soldiers from home legal burden, while serving in harsh terrains and distant areas.
According to the NDTV report, the sources said that the Surya Kant, the executive chairman of Nalsa, was deeply moved by the victims of the Armed Forces during the Sindoor operation. Then he began to examine the ways to contribute directly to their well -being.
The new system will deal with a long -term problem: soldiers of deployment in remote places often lack the ability to monitor legal cases concerning family property, domestic dispute or land matter.
This is where the scheme appears. The Nemsa hits to ensure that such cases are properly represented in the courts throughout the country.
Support will also be expanded to paramilitary personnel, including borderline security forces (BSF), Central Reserve Police (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and others who serve in similar isolated and high-risk conditions, NDTV report.
