Main Minister A. Revanth Reddy claimed that the Kaleshwaam project, which was launched by the previous BRS government, has no permission of the then state cabinet.
The project came in front of the cabinet when the escalation of costs was sought and not for permission to take it, he said.
The Note of the Chief Minister assumes importance in the light of President BRS and former main Minister K. Chandrasekhar Raaho and former Minister of irrigation T. Harish Rao, who was adjacent to the PC Ghos that the Cabinet was cleaned up.
The main minister told reporters that the government had received communication from the Court, which was looking for registrations from the Cabinet meeting concerning the Kaleshwaam project approval. “We are ready to issue the previous government by submitting all evidence to the Commission by June 30, including the registration of the cabinet meetings,” he said.
