Joao Felix leaves Chelsea, joins to the Portuguese teammate Cristiano Ronaldo in Al Nassru

Joao Felix completed a permanent transfer from Chelsea to Saudi for Al-Nassr leagues and signed a two-year agreement in an agreement that could be up to 43.7 million (50 million). The contract includes an initial fee of 26.2 million (30 million), with another 17.5 million (20 million) in potential supplements.

The 25 -year -old Portuguese international, which once commanded 113 million gear fees from Benfica to Athletico Madrid in 2019, remains one of the most expensive signatures in football history in terms of initial costs.

Felix spoke of a possible return to Benfica early this summer, but Al-Nassr eventually won the race for his signature. The Saudi club, which recently expanded Cristian Ronald’s contract and appointed experienced compatriots Jorge Jesus as a manager, is aggressively pushing the league title.

Chelsea’s decision to split ways with Felix will help to make the club’s pursuit of Xavi Simons RB Leipzig, with other incoming gears addicted to the East of the player. Blues tries to transform their team before the new season and this sales are a significant obtaining funds.

Felix initially joined the Chelsea loan in January 2023 from the Athletico Madrid. After this magic in the middle of the season, in August 2024 he returned to London for a reported fee of 46.3 million. Last season he performed 20 performances in all competitions and scored seven goals, but tried to ensure a regular initial role.

Despite the fact that Chelsea was unable to establish himself fully during both spells on Stamford Bridge, he managed to get back almost full amounts spent forward.

Felix’s career Post -Benfica saw him proved to be some of the largest European clubs -including Atltico Madrid, Barcelona, AC Milan and Chelsea -but the consistency escaped him. In particular, he has never managed to score more than 10 goals since leaving Portugal.

Now 25, Felix will head to Saudi Arabia to join Ronald in Al-Nassro. The club confirmed the signature on the X -Social Media platform and wrote, “Let’s win Joo Flix together is Nisraoui.” In the short video message Flix added, “I’m here to have fun and win together.”

This step means another significant addition to the growing list of international stars in the Saudi league, because Al-Nassr continues to build a group capable of challenging domestic and all over Asia.
