Jammu and Kashmir: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) carries out raids in several places in Sopore of North Kashmir. Reports suggest that searching is related to the ongoing intervention against suspicious terrorist activities in the region.
SOPORE, Baramulla, Handwara, Ganderball and Srinagar are places where the search is going.
Raids in southern coughs
This comes only a few days after the agency made raids at 20 locations in South Kashmir. Officials said that these terrorist collaborators also dealt with online radical propaganda at the request of terrorist commanders Lashkar-E-TABA and Jaish-E-Muhammed and intervened national security and integrity.

SIA was established in 2021 as a node agency for “coordination with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and other central agencies and will take other measures that may be necessary for rapid and effective investigation and prosecution of terrorist cases”.
