
Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Chief Minister Omar Abdullah shared a cryptic post on his X account on Monday that created a stir and debate on social media.
Earlier today, Abdullah wrote: “Bloody hell,” which was accompanied by a shocking emoji.

His remarks come at a time when counting of votes is underway in four states and one Union Territory.
Counting of votes for Assam, Kerala, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal began at 8 am today. According to early trends, the BJP is leading in Assam and making significant gains in West Bengal, where it is attempting a major power shift.

Omar Abdullah’s cryptic post is causing a stir online
Soon after Abdullah posted on X, the post amassed more than 1.1 million views, with many users quickly jumping in with their speculations. Several users questioned whether the BJP had won the assembly elections.
Another user wrote: “J&K is next, be prepared! BJP in Kashmir is very, very, very crucial strategically!”
Accusing the Election Commission of India (ECI) of being controlled by BJP, a third user wrote: “Today ECI is controlled by BJP; BJP can ensure victory of whoever it chooses and defeat of whoever it wishes.”
Several users have come out in support of the BJP and its current leadership in West Bengal, surprising many. Besides, they also warned Abdullah to be prepared for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP to win the upcoming elections in the highly volatile Jammu and Kashmir.

In another post, Abdullah wrote that he was watching a “developing political earthquake in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. The aftershocks of these results will be felt far and wide for a long time, probably till 2029.”
Votes are being counted
According to the latest ECI data at 2:00 PM, BJP is leading with 193 seats in West Bengal while TMC is leading with 94 seats.
TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee is leading in the Bhabanipur seat with a margin of 12,131 votes, ahead of BJP’s Suvenda Adhikari. The party is lagging behind and performing poorly overall. BJP’s Ratna Debnath, the first candidate and mother of rape victim RG Kar, is leading in Panihati by over 10,000 votes.
In Assam, the BJP maintains its lead with 79 seats, with the Congress far behind, leading with 25 seats so far.
In Tamil Nadu, actor-politician Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar’s party, TVK, which made its poll debut, is leading with 110 seats, a huge shock to the ruling DMK, which is leading with 48 seats and is in third position.
Vijay is in a leading position in Tamil Nadu, upsetting the poll calculations and surprising everyone. The victory also broke the duopoly of the Dravidian parties, DMK and AIADMK, in the state.
In Kerala, as predicted by the pre-election polls, the Congress is leading with 55 seats.
