
Three Maoists, including a member of the Central Committee, were killed by security forces at a gambagh meeting, Jharkhand, the police said on Monday.
Three Maoists killed include Sahdev Soren aka Parvesh and two leaders – Raghunath Hembram aka Chanchal and Birsen Ganjhu.
Sahdev Soren, a member of the Central Committee, had a reward £1 Crore on the head, the police said.
“Sahdeo Soren, member of the CPI Central Committee (Maoist) £1 Crore on the head and two other Naxals killed at a meeting with the common team Cobra, Giridih and HazaribAgh this morning in the village of Karendi, PS Tatijharia, Hazaribagagna district based on intelligent inputs, ”Jharkhand said.
Hembram and Ganjhu carried a reward £25 lakh and £10 Lakh, respectively, said officials.

Another Maoist killed in Jharkhand

The body of the red rebels, along with the insec rifle, a pistol and 146 living cartridges, was obtained from the place, he said.
Yadav carried a reward £5 Lakh on the head, the police said.
On September 4, he was reportedly involved in the murder of two Palam security personnel, said sp.
In addition, Yadav was searched in 27 cases at various Police stations Palam and CHATRS, the police said.
The meeting took place during the ongoing Operation in Palam with Security Forces to follow another commander of the TSPC zone that carried a reward £10 Lakh on the head, they added.
