The Federal Investigation Office (FBI) reportedly stated that it would publish the shots of Jeffrey Epstein to confirm that the billionaire and convicted sex offender died suicide.
This step is likely to disperse the conspiracy theory that Epstein could have been murdered. The authorities claimed that “no one was there, but he” at the time of his suicide of the prison cell.
FBI Deputy Director Don Bongino said Fox & Friends: “There is a video. You will see that no one is there, but he … the video is as clear as the day, there is the only person and the only person comes out.”
Epstein, 66, was found to hang inside the prison cell in the Metropolitan Corrective Center in New York on August 10, 2019. He was waiting for a federal conspiracy and sex trading fees. His death was considered suicide.
Despite this, conspiracy theorists believed that Epstein’s death was murder.
“I tell people, if you have a tip, let us know,” Bongino quoted people like saying.
He added: “But there is no DNA, there is no sound, there are no fingerprints, there are no suspects, there are no accomplices, there are no tips. Nothing. If you have it, I’m glad to see it.”
Bongino said his office “working on cleaning” in the video.
“There is a video and when you watch the video – and we release it, we work to clean it to make sure you have improved – and we give the original, so you don’t think there are no shenanigans – no one can see there.
“I’m just telling you what we see in the file,” Bongino said on Thursday as he asked the case.
“I just want to be clear about it. I don’t ask anyone to trust me. I tell you what is there and what is not,” he said.
“It will soon be published on arrival,” he added when he teased the video.
