
On Sunday (October 12), the US Vice President of JD Vance warned that some hostages killed by Hamas during captivity after attacks on Israel 2023 may never be returned to their families.
Vance said and spoke about Fox News: “The fact is that some of the hostages never have to return, but I think with some efforts we can give them to their families to at least have some closure.”
Vance added: “We want to give these people the ability to have a proper funeral with their loved ones who were murdered by brutal terrorists, and that depends on us. It depends on families and it will be focused, but it will take some time.”
However, he said that although not all the remains of the victims will be obtained, most are expected to be returned in the end.
Israel declares victory over Hamas
Hamas faces a term to release all the remaining hostages to Israel under a peace agreement mediated by US President Donald Trump. The agreement ends with the two -year conflict of Israel Hamas, who broke out after the terrorist attacks of Hamas 7 October 2023.

She added that Palestinian prisoners would only be released after Israel confirmed that all hostages have safely crossed the border. According to the agreement, Hamas is to release 47 hostages, alive and deceased, and gives the remnants of a soldier killed in 2014.
The exchange of prisoners will include about 1700 detained detainees during the Gaza War and 250 convicts of security offenses, including the killing of the Israelis.
Trump that focuses on the Israeli parliament, host the summit in the Middle East
President Trump is scheduled for Israel shortly after the expected release of the hostage. He will address the Israeli parliament before traveling to Egypt to challenge the Sharm El-Sheikh summit with leaders from more than 20 countries, including British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, King Abdulla, and French President Emmanuel Macron.
