Do you agree with the comparison of Jasprit Bumrah and Usman Tariq with Aaqib Javed?
Explaining his comparison, Javed said Bumrah’s bowling style is rare because of his unusual action and the difficulty batsmen face when settling against him. “Nowadays, in this whole World Cup, there is only one such bowler – Bumrah. Because he is different. He is not a normal bowler. Even his behavior is unusual. When it comes to bowling, I always say he is like the Usman Tariq of fast bowlers,” he told reporters. He further explained that Bumrah’s pace and unique rhythm make him extremely difficult to face. “He swings so fast and in such a unique way that the batsman never finds any flow or rhythm against him. He just doesn’t allow it,” he added.Javed also claimed that bowlers with the aura of past greats are rare in modern cricket. “Apart from him, tell me one other bowler in this entire World Cup – from any team – who you can look at and feel satisfied that he is mirroring Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis or anyone like that. You won’t find any more,” he further noted.
