
James Comey’s son resigned on Thursday as a federal prosecutor, minutes after the former FBI director was charged, AP reported.
Troy Edwards left his work to “observe his oath of the Constitution and the country”, wrote in a letter about the resignation of one sentence that Lindsey Halligan, a newly appointed reigning American representative in the eastern district of Virginia, the office accused Comey and employed Edwards.

Edwards was the Deputy Chief of the National Security Section, a prestigious role in the US Legal Office, which covers the Pentagon and CIA headquarters, and treated some of the most important cases of espionage.
He was in a team of prosecutors who condemned the founder of the oath of Stewart Rhodes from the organization of a violent conspiracy to rebuild the American capitol on January 6, 2021 to maintain President Donald Trump in the White House after he lost the elections until 2020.
Comey was charged with lying congress days after Trump seemed to have insisted on his general prosecutor to prosecute former FBI director and other perceived political enemies. Halligan rushed to submit a large jury this week before the five -year limitation. His resignation comes two months after the Ministry of Justice fired Comey’s daughter Maurene Comey without explanation in July. She was a veteran lawyer in the southern district of New York, long considered the most elite federal prosecutor’s office.

This month, she sued the government to gain work back and say that her shooting was for political reasons and was unconstitutional.
