Former Vice -President Jagdeep Dhankhar was looking for a renewal of his retirement since the rajasthan assembly as a former legislator when he represented Kishangarh’s election district in 1993. Mr. Dhankhar’s pension was detained in 2019.
Mr. Dhankhar, 74, was elected as the MLA Congress in 1993, after he was as Minister of Parliamentary affairs in 1989 as Minister of Parliamentary Affairs in 2003.
More than a month after he resigned as a vice -chairman, Mr. Dhankhar moved the request in the State Secretariat of the Assembly, which was looking for a pension as a former MLA. Sources in the Secretariat of the Assembly said on Saturday that the process of exploring and approval of the application was launched according to the rules.
The soils that are due to Mr. Dhankhar will be applicable from the date on which his resignation of the vice -president was accepted according to the sources. 21 July offered his resignation with reference to “health problems”.
The MLA in Rajasthan, who served full periods, have the right to earn a pension of 35,000 GBP per month, which increases other conditions and age. They receive a 20% increase. The five -year term of office of Mr. Dhankha causes, in addition to facilities such as medical care and travel allowance, it causes a monthly pension of 42,000 GBP.
The pension from the State Assembly due to Mr. Dhankhar will be in addition to the pension that will be drawn as a former vice -chairman and former MP.
Mr. Dhankhar has largely remained a large extent from his resignation from a public perspective and stimulated speculation about his future political movements. Opposition parties repeatedly questioned its absence, while former main Minister Ashok Gehlot demanded clarity and claimed that people in Rajasthan wanted to know about his condition and circumstances.
