In a video published by PBKS on X on Sunday, Iyer said, “The woman who inspired me is my mom. She was the pillar of my life. She supported me strong and thin and is like a talisman, especially during my marital period.”Iyer launched his way of IPL when Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) was selected at the 2015 Auction for RS 2.6 Crore. Immediately the impact on this season won 439 runs and won the IPL Emerging Player of the Year. Iyer’s crown success as a leader came last season when he led Kolkata Knight riders to the IPL title.
