Parvathaneni Brahmayya Siddhartha College of Arts and Science, Vijayawada, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ratan Tata Innovation Hub to provide students with training and a platform to turn their ideas into startups.
The MoU was signed by School Principal Meka Ramesh and Ratan Tata Innovation Hub CEO G. Krishnan during a program held at the university on Monday.
They said the innovation center will provide appropriate training for the youth who come up with new innovations and for students who want to start startups. They also mentioned that membership and bootcamp training will be offered through the center.
They noted that Tata Innovation Hub is launching various initiatives to create at least one entrepreneur in every family. They also promised support in areas such as co-working spaces, prototyping and lab support.
Principal Vemuri Babu Rao, Dean Rajesh C. Jampala, Placement Officer Kavuri Sridhar and Head of Data Science Udayasree participated in the programme.
