
The Whitefield Police arrested a 25-year-old software engineer on the basis of raising Pro-Pacist Slogans on May 9, while people celebrated the success of the Sindoor Operation.
The defendant – Shubhanshu Shukla – a native of Raipur in Chhattisgarh, is employed in an IT company in the city and remains in the paid guest accommodation in Prashanth.
On May 9, the inhabitants of other PG celebrated the success of the operation, when Shukla reportedly went to the PG accommodation terrace and began to increase Pro-Pakistan’s slogans.
The inhabitants were confused about his behavior, and the PG residents recorded the incident on his mobile phone before warning the police.
Shukla managed to escape at a time when the police reached the place, but the police traced him and on Tuesday 13 May); Later he was ceded in his / her judicial custody.
“The accused was drunk and wanted to have fun and see the reactions of people (to his actions),” the police said.
