Israel said on Friday that his army attacked two ports in Yemen, which were controlled by a militant group Rebel Houthi.
The Israeli army said in a statement on the day that these two ports – Hodeida and Salif – were used by Houthi militants to transder weapons.
“These ports are used to transmit weapons and are another example of a systematic and cynical exploitation of civilian infrastructure of the Houthi terrorist regime to advance in terrorist activities,” the army said in a statement.
He added that the strikes were carried out after the Israeli army was several warnings to the population in this area.
“Strikes were carried out after numerous advanced warnings issued by IDF (army) to the population in this area.”
There were no immediate reports of any victims, the Associated Press reported.
In his statement, Israeli Defense Minister committed himself to hunting and killing the leader of the group Abdul Malik al-Houthi.
Al-Masirah Houthi Rebels also reported strikes on the ports of Hodeida and Salif, further north along the Red Sea coast.
Strikes come at a time when US President Donald Trump wrapped his visit to the Middle East, but skipped Israel.
Israel will hit Gaza again
Israel on Friday launched dozens of air strikes across the North and South Gaza in an attack that killed at least 93 people and injured hundreds of others.
Israeli officials described the attack as a prelude to a larger military campaign in the territory of which was to push Hamas to relax hostages.
The strikes were followed by days of similar attacks that, according to the Ministry of Health of Gaza, killed more than 130 people.
In the middle of a visit to Donald Trump in the Gulf States, there were widespread hopes that his journey to the region could increase the chances of an agreement on a ceasefire or restore humanitarian aid in Gaza.
Trump, who spoke to reporters in Abu Dhabi on the last day of his journey, said he was trying to solve a number of global crises, including Gaza. “We look at Gaz,” he said. “And we have to take care of it. Many people are hungry. Many people are – a lot of bad things are happening.”
