
The Israeli army said that on Wednesday (September 10), air strikes on the goals of the insurgents in Yemen, even in the capital of Sanaa and the northern Al-Jawf.
In his statement, the Israeli defensive forces stated that his Air Force hit “military camps in which the terrorist workers, the Huthi Military Public and the Fuel Storage facilities were used by the terrorist regime”.
Houthis, who control a large part of North Yemen, have launched repeated attacks against missile and drones against Israel since the beginning of the war and described their actions as supporting Palestinians. Israel responded to Houthi’s goals in Yemen, which meant an expansion of the conflict outside of Gaza.
Houth-Run Al Masirah TV reported the strike for the first time, but did not provide any immediate details. Israeli officials said the attack was in response to the recent start of Houthi forces towards Israel, none of which caused victims or damage.
There were no immediate reports about the victims or damage to the strike.
Israel previously hit Sanaa Airport 6 May, destroyed his terminal building and severely damaged the runway.
Houthis, who dominate a large part of North Yemen, joined Hamas in the ongoing conflict, drones and missiles on Israel since the beginning of the war.
Israel captures a drone from Yemen after a strike close Ramon airport
The Israeli army said on Monday (September 8) that it had captured a drone launched from Yemen after the Air Raid sirens were near the southern city of Eilat. A few hours later, other sirens were reported in the Negev area after another drone broke, although the army did not publish its outcome.
The incidents came the day after the drone fired the Yemeni houthi insurgents, struck Ramon’s airport near Eilat, damaged the incoming hall, and forced the temporary suspension of flights. The airport has since restored operations.
Iranian Houthis ranked his responsibility and said they targeted Ramon Airport and other areas with three drones on Monday. Since the beginning of the Gaza War, the group has intensified cross -border attacks against Israel and described its actions as solidarity with Palestinians.
Since October 2023, Houthis launched dozens of missiles and drones of a long range towards Israel and extended the conflict hundreds of kilometers behind Gata and increased tension throughout the region.
