
Israel-gaza truce: Hamas released the first dose of Israeli hostages.
The military wing of a militant group published the names of 20 live hostages that will be released today as part of the Israeli War War, AP’s Press Agency
The list contains the same 20 hostages whose names have already been given by Israel in the framework of AU negotiations, confirmed that they were released in an agreement concerning live hostages.
The acceptable soldier Tamir Nimrodi and Nepalese National Bipin Josh are not in the list. Overall, Hamas is obliged to release all 48 hostages – 20 living and 28 believed he was dead – on Monday noon.
Al Jazeera said that the hostages will be released from three different places in the Gaza band, with reference to live hostage.
After release, the hostages will be driven to a military base to see their families or hospitals if medical care is needed. The remnants of the deceased hostages are expected to be sent to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine to identify, Guardian said.
After the ceasefire conditions, as soon as the hostages are on Israeli territory, Tel Aviv will issue about 2,000 Palestinian prisoners currently in custody.
Development comes after Israel and Hamas agreed to the first phase of Trump Gaza’s Peace Plan, ending the new phase of hostility induced on October 7, 2023, Hamas attack.
