Iran has expanded its access to its airspace for international breaks after a ceasefire with Israel, although the flight restrictions remain in place for most of the country, the official said on Saturday.
“In addition to the eastern half of the air space of the country, which is available for domestic, international and excessive operation, the airspace above the middle and western parts of the country has now also opened only for international flights,” said Majid Akhavan, spokesman of the Ministry of Road and urban development, he said in his statement IRNA intelligence.
Domestic flights remain suspended

Among the airports that now operate include Mashhad in East Iran – which Israel claimed to have targeted during the conflict – and also the Chabahar in the southeast. Flights in other regions remain suspended until the next announcement, added the AFP message.
