
Virat Kohli created a record during his 28-run knock against Chennai Super Kings on Sunday to become the player with the most runs against a single opponent in the Indian Premier League (IPL).Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s tournament opener, played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, saw Rohit Sharma take his total against CSK to 1,174 runs. Kohli needed just two runs at the start of the match to surpass Rohit’s record of 1,161 runs against Kolkata Knight Riders and reach the mark in the first over.
