The 21-year-old from Bihar called Kohli’s wicket a dream moment. “Maza toh aya (It was a joy for me). Virat Kohli’s wicket was a dream wicket for me,” he told television stations after the match.Sakib continued his impressive first IPL season by claiming another wicket, taking his tally to 15 wickets in 10 matches. He has now managed to take at least one wicket in every match this season and has emerged as one of SRH’s biggest young successes.Sunrisers Hyderabad put up another explosive batting show and posted a huge 255/4. Abhishek Sharma gave SRH a flying start with a quickfire 56 off 22 balls, attacking Bhuvneshwar Kumar from the start. Ishan Kishan added 79 off 44 balls with some clever strokeplay, while Heinrich Klaasen smashed 51 off just 24 balls to completely dominate Josh Hazlewood in one over.Nitish Reddy’s late cameo helped SRH cross the 250-run mark as the team hammered a total of 20 fours and 16 sixes.RCB never looked capable of chasing such a massive target. Virat Kohli managed only 15 runs while Devdutt Padikkal also failed to make a significant impact. Venkatesh Iyer provided some momentum early on but the chase soon became unrealistic.Once RCB realized victory was out of reach, Rajat Patidar and Krunal Pandya focused on reaching the crucial 166-run mark needed to secure a top-two finish. Patidar scored 56 while Krunal remained unbeaten on 41 as RCB finished on 200/4 despite being defeated by 55 runs.Even with the loss, RCB finished top of the league standings while SRH finished third with the same number of points.
