“There is no change in his mood. As always, he is chilled and relaxed,” Shahbaz said before the collision of LSG against Kalkata Knight riders in Eden Gardens. “He works very hard on his launch and we believe that when the Crunch time comes, Rishabh Pant scored running and wins the matches for us.”

Shahbaz also weighed on the Eden pitch, which was under control after the initial loss of KKR. As a player of Bengal, familiar with local conditions, he expects the surface to help the skews.
