Sunrisers Hyderabad and Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) have finally achieved a consensus about the allocation of free tickets to the Premier League (IPL) 2025, which ended the recent discussion that threatened SRH’s home matches. This agreement allows 3,900 free tickets and maintains the existing allocation according to the agreement on the three-ways between SRH, HCA and the Criket Board in India (BCCI).
The dispute arose when SRH accused HCA of coercion and disproportionate pressureE, claims that the association required an excessive number of free tickets per IPL matches. The manager of the SRH Srinath TB team dealt with this problem with a formal letter to the treasurer HCA CJ Srinivas, specifically pointed to the role of President HCA Jagan Mohan Rao in this matter. The letter warned that franchise could consider relocating its home accessories from the International Rajiv Gandhi stadium if the situation remains unresolved.
