
Captain Rajasthan Royals Sanju Samson will not travel to Bengalur for another team clash in the Premier League, Indian. Samson, who missed the home game RR against Lucknow Super Giants, will also be in the match against the Royal Challengers Bengalur.
The franchise announced the development through a statement on Monday, April 21 – the same day Royals flew from Jaipur. Samson was hit on the ribs during Rajasthan’s match against Delhi and had to retire when he faced only 19 balls. Later he complained about abdominal pain and was then on the game against LSG.
“He is currently undergoing recovery and remains at home team base with selected medical staff of RR. As part of his ongoing rehabilitation process, he will not travel to Bengalur for the upcoming RCB match,” said Rajasthan Royals in an official statement.
In Samson’s absence, Young Vaibhav Suryavanki had an immediate impactscoring 34 of only 20 balls. He styled his career in style, broke 80 meters six outside Shardul Thakur, and in his short but impressive shifts showed an immense promise.
SuryavANSHI joined 85 runs in combination with Yashsvi Jaiswal, but the couple could not lead Rajasthan to win against LSG.
Previously, after the DC game, with rumors about the rupture between Samson and the head coach Rahul Dravid spread as a fire through social media. Many fans speculated that both were not on the same page. David dealt with speculation before LSG matchrejection of rumors as unfounded.
Sanju will miss the upcoming RR conflict against RCB, scheduled for April 24. Rajasthan will then return home to face the Gujarat Titans in Jaipur.
