
Sai Sudharsan said he was not very concerned about choosing the Indian T20 team before the next year’s World Cup T20. Only four players – David Warner (848 in 2016), Jos Buttler (863 in 2022), SHUBMAN GILL (890 in 2023) and Virat Kohli (973 in 2016) – in one season IPL scored more runs than Sai Sudharsan.
Meanwhile, Sudharsan gained a call for the Indian test team for the upcoming series of five matches against England.
On Friday he appeared well on the way to lead Gujarat Titans (GT) to victory. After being released by Richard Gleeson while trying to ramp on a fine leg, GT lost dynamics and finally lagging, he ended up at 208 at six while chasing 229.
