After he claimed a key goal, Digvesh ran to Priyansh and withdrew the celebration of the notebook-symbolic gesture, where the pitch marks the name of the dough in his “book Book”. However, Priyank decided not to respond, seemingly understanding the emotions of his teammates in Delhi.
Despite the lightweight moment, the referee in the field quickly hit, hurried to Digvesha and released a warning against the involvement of opposition doughs.
Former Indian Captain Sunil Gavascar also expressed against the pitchers aggressively celebrating his goals and said that Digvesh seemed not to expect the goal of Priyansh.
It was a key breakthrough for LSG, when Priyansh Arya impressed his debut IPL and hit 23-mi 47 against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. However, colleagues Opener Prabhsimran Singh ripped into LSG pitch and hit 69 runs out of 34 deliveries in his 84-run stand with Shreyas Iyer.
The most viral celebration of the notebook
Kesrick Williams, a rapid pitch of West India, made a “laptop celebration” with a signature. Williams often used this gesture to ridicule opposition bats, making it one of the most famous celebrations of modern cricket.
Virt Kohli, however, gave Williams the taste of his own drug during the 2019 series between India and Western India.
