- Defeat CSK and move to 20 points.
- I hope that either RCB or PBK will lose at least one of its two remaining games. This would leave them to a maximum of 19 points.
- RCB faces SRH and LSG, both eliminated but still dangerous.
- PBKS plays capital Delhi and Mumbai Indians, with the victory of PBKS hopes.
- If both RCB and PBK win both games, GT will be pushed in third place, even though it finished 20 points.
In short, the fate of GT remains in their hands, but they will need help with other results to ensure that the sought -after top two.
