When she talked to Mediaperons in Nový Delhi, Mrs. George said that a meeting would be convened in the next two or three days. Mrs. George, who met with the Minister of Health of JP on Tuesday, said she had a detailed discussion with him and that the tone and tenor lectures were positive.
She said that several current and fundamental affairs concerning Keraly, including the ongoing Ashas strike, a central nod to start MBBS courses in Wayanad and Medical College, has been issued on the ongoing NHM central resources for 2023-24 and the AIIMS for Keraral institution.
Mrs. George said that Mr Nadda had promised that the incentives for Ashas would be increased and that the state would also enter to increase. However, she refused to commit whether the state would consider tourism fees.
She reiterated that ASHA is a central system and that the center should consider that regular Ashas workers cause minimal wages instead of maintaining them as volunteer workers.
