Former HN Judge Nagamohan Das submitted a report on internal reservations to the main minister Siddarahaiah this March.
In an exercise that mapped the planned caste (SCS) and their socio-economic and educational level in Karnataka, approximately 60,000 enumerators “knock on each door” and gather details of the mobile application from Monday to 17 May.
The caste census, carried out in 2015, hung up the overall SC population in Karnataka at 1.09 crore or about 18.2% of the total population. The survey to identify SC households and their sub -facilities is part of the work of the Commission headed by a retirement of HN Nagamohan Das, which the government asked to recommend an internal reservation between these communities.
During a 13 -day survey, each enumerator will cover about 130 houses at the field level. They visit all doors in units mapped and assigned to them and collect information about the mobile application that has been specially designed for exploration.
“The survey will be carried out between 6:00 and 18:00 and the mobile application will then be automatically locked to avoid any disgusting game,” Mr. Das said on Sunday Hindu.
“We ordered that we ordered to knock on each door and click on the photo of the person who shares this information and also acquire a signature. The collected data will be connected to the central server and will be securely coded.
Monitoring of war rooms
Mr. Das said that the survey will be monitored through the central war room. The war room also provides support in the field if it encounters any problems when conducting a survey. An exclusive help line has been set up and e -mail support will also be provided. Teachers of schools and Anganwadi staff who are deployed as a reconnaissance are adequately trained.
“The manual on how to conduct a survey and use a mobile application has been provided to the field level. However, immediate support is provided if they receive any doubts or problems with meeting in the field,” he explained.
While training for head coaches at the district and taluk level was provided, the training has been on the last three days for enumerators and supervisors at the field level.
The mobile application questionnaire has columns for entering the case, subkast, relationship of family members, profession, educational status, job details and all other related aspects. Enumerators were also trained to verify the caste statement made by a person by correlate either by entering a caste certificate, ration card, Aadhar card or selector identification card numbers.
Mr. Das claimed to prevent false records, said: “The mobile application was designed in a way that shows all the details of the person by simply assigning the number of one of these documents. This is possible because documents would be interconnected to gain the benefits of government warranty schemes.”
After visiting the door to the door, a three -day camp will be held from 19 to 21. In addition, it was also created the opportunity to announce the details of the kasty online. This window will be open from 19 to 23 May.
“It is to ensure that they are all covered. The online entry process will be provided on May 19 to avoid any duplicate records,” Das added.
A message to be submitted without any delay
The High Court Judge in HN Nagamohan Das said there will be no delay and submitting a report to the Government in the survey analysis.
“Since all items will be in digital format, we will assemble and analyze them immediately. We also take from assistance experts and the report will be completed on the approach of war characters and presented to the government,” he added.
