
On Tuesday, Inter Kashi won his first appeal at the Sport Arbitration Court against the All India Football Federation (AIFF) after the Varanasi party was deducted three points for the contested i-League match earlier in the year.
However, CAS’s decision will not yet pass on the title I-League.

At CAS, he is waiting for a casino, which will have further appeal between Kashi, and it can decide who will be the i-League 2024-25 masters, although the AIFF has already handed over Trophy Churchill Brothers on the basis of the decision on the Board of Appeal.
“The appeal filed on April 24, 2025, Inter Kashi FC against the decision issued on April 18, 2025 by the ALL-India Football Federation Appeal.
“The conditions of the decision issued on February 24, 2025 by the Disciplinary Committee for the All-India Football Federation in the matter of IL 2024-25/102 are confirmed,” said the CAS Award, awarded by three arbitrators.
Frans de Weger of the Netherlands was chaired by the bench, while the other members were Michele AR Bernasconi of Switzerland and Jeffrey G. Benz of Great Britain.
“(1) On the basis of a complaint received, the Committee is to build an unfit player who led the player to not fulfill the suspension in match 45 I-League 2024-25 against Inter Kashi FC.
“(2) The match results in forfeiture (loss 0-3) for the defendant club Namdhari FC in accordance with Article 57 Articles with Article 26 of the Code for Establishment of an Ineligible Player,” the court explained.
Inter Kashi said on his social media that they welcomed the decision of CAS.
The costs of arbitration, which are to be operated by the CAS CASE office separately, carries 20 % Inter Kashi, 40 % AIFF, 20 % from Churchill Brothers FC Goa and 20 % from Namdhari FC.
CAS ordered the AIFF to pay two thousand Swiss francs (Rs 2,12 lakh approx) on Inter Kashi, while Churchill Brothers and Namdhari FC will have to pay a thousand Swiss francs (RS 1.06 lakh) to the Varanasi club ”.
After internally appealed to Inter Kashi, AFF’s Appeal Committee decided in favor of Churchill Brothers and Real Kashmir in two other cases concerning their relevant matches against Inter Kash to register Mario Barco by the club based in Varanasi.
Inter Kashi was knocked down four more points to end the league in fifth place on 35 points, while two points were added to Churchill and Real Kashmir. Inter Kashi has again filed his second appeal at CAS, which must be decided in case so far.
After the latest CAS decision, Inter Kashi would be second at 38 points under Churchill (42 points). If Inter Kashi wins his second challenge, 42 points can accumulate while Churchill can lose two points.
