Hubballi Electricity Supply Company (HesCom) said in the issue that under the Karnataka Directive Electrical Regulatory Commission (KERC) of 6 February 2024 it is mandatory for customers that customers get under the installation of intelligent meters from September 1, 2025.
Hescom customers have to buy intelligent meters via retail stores and get an electrical connection, Superintending of Hescom IT and MT Department.
