The IAS Academy Director Bhavani explained to the students a system of civil service exams (CSE) carried out by the Union (UPSC) public service.

CSE has several phases, with only a small percentage of nearly 10 job seekers advancing to the net and even less to the interview. The main test consists of seven articles, each carrying 250 stamps and only the highest candidates are included in the list of merit. The exam includes 23 types of services and is designed to test basic knowledge across different disciplines, explained.
Mr. Shankar reminded students the importance of thorough preparation and strategic selection of optional subjects as the key to the test success.

At the seminar, the organizers presented the three sets of Hindu editorial books at the university.
