Inside the giant red and orange tent with dark blue doors reminiscent of prison, but undressed grim tones, there are several compartments with a model of central prison and a remedial home in Thiruvananthapuram located in the middle. Cyan walls are full of details about prisons and punishment from around the world. Cell replicas, where the main Minister Pinaayi Vijayan and the revolutionary Communist leader AK Gopalan trapped are among the exhibits listed by the prison of Keraral and the corrective services at the Ente Keralam show. EXPO, currently in Kanakakunn in Thiruvananthapurama, is part of the celebrations of the fourth anniversary of the decision that has abandoned a democratic leading government.

On the extreme left corner of the tent is a section called Gallows, with the working model of the gallows and two figurines convicted on it. One of the officers explains how the death penalty is carried out in the country, and even demonstrates it using a replica, evoking the emotions of shock and respect between visitors. There are still models describing how prisoners communicate with visitors and the outside world, and the video conference court, a convicted cell for prisoners on their death penalty, etc. can also follow the 10 -minute performance Mathilukal, the famous love story of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer.
At the exhibition, extended by 75,000 square feet, the public can go through around 250 stalls built by various departments under the state government, such general education, development of women and children, tourism, food safety, etc.
“The exhibits are pleasant and instructive. You can also have a tasty meal operated by Kudumbashree,” says Sarath SB, one of the visitors.
Installation of the Ceral State Electric Council (KSEB) provides an informative virtual inspection of the Idukki dam using the VR headset. The tour describes the architecture of the dam and processes involved in the production of electricity. KSEB also organizes an online quiz for the public.
Kerala State Film Development Corporation projects classic Malaysian films including Oppol (1981), Chemmeen (1965), Kummatty (1979), etc.
The area specifically devoted to the fire and rescue services of Kerala has rescue exercises for visitors. Burms, built at the venue used by safety workers in real situations, attracts children. When performing these rope drills, they wear helmets and safety harness. The aim is to educate people so that they do not fail if they ever have to go through the rope bridge.

Expo also introduced traditional crafts. Anil Kumar, a potter of Neyatnkara, who took part in the event, says: “My goal is to help the current generation understand my craft and encourage people who want to do it.”

For students
The exceeding theme of awareness of the abuse of addictive substances among students can be seen across the exhibits through various departments. The Kerala’s Excuted Tax booth has a boxing arcade machine and archery with a report that would say not drugs.

Projects exhibited by school students range from robots to machines separating dry and wet garbage. Agnivesh K, a student of the IX class of the government model of the higher secondary school, Várkala, with the help of his teammates, introduced a replica of Newton’s cradle and several other exhibits explaining light reflection, etc. “Our teachers encouraged us to come here.
Food Fete
Food stalls give dishes from different parts of the state. For example, Kudumbashree units are administered, among other things, dishes such as Vanasundari, Kappa and Fish Kari, Paal Kappa and roast beef. There are also food such as Chapathi, Idiyappam, Puri, Chicken Chapters, Chicken Frying, etc.
Cultural events are also organized in Nishagandhi Auditorium until 22 May.
