Instagram users have been obsessed with the new mixing feature lately, which allows you to place reels with videos from another user. It’s a fun way to collaborate and interact with other people on the app. You can sing, dance, imitate or record reaction videos with other reels. This feature is very similar to Tiktok Duet, if you are thinking about how to use it, then this is an easy guide.

How to Mix Instagram Reels

- Now you will see the original reels you can add next to your space. You can choose to record the scroll directly from here or upload pre-recorded videos from the gallery.
- Then, add and select Arrow buttons On the left.
- Once added, you can make changes, such as adding filters, increasing pace, adjusting audio levels, or adding voiceovers to your video.
- When you are ready for the video, click share At the bottom, it’s done.
How to enable or disable hybrid on reels
This mixing feature is only available on newly uploaded reels, so if you want people to be able to remix old reels, you can manually enable the feature by tapping Three points Choose from your own video Enable Hybrid. However, if you want to turn off the mix on the reel, you can choose Disable mixing.
You can watch the mix reel on the Reels tab and check who will mix the reels through Instagram’s Activity tab.
