Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is treating the people of Andhra Pradesh like his own children and offering ₹5-6 crore from the CM relief fund to each constituency for healthcare needs, said Nellore MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy. He further claimed that the CM inspired him to launch ‘VPR Netra’, a free eye check-up program of the VPR Foundation.
Along with his wife Kovur MLA Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy and Udayagiri MLA Kakarla Suresh, he formally launched the program at Ramapuram village in Varikuntapadu mandal on Monday. On this occasion, he thanked Dr. Krishna Prasad, who has been traveling with him for the past few months, for the successful implementation of the programme.
