With the cost of a project of about 300 GBP Crore, the Office for the Development of Tirupati (Tuda) develops in Annamaiah Circle in Tirupati. Vice -President Tuda and joint collector Shaubham Bansal visited the construction site and provided instructions to engineers on Saturday.
This Towers is built in the range of 3.6 acres and approximately 7.65 square lakh, which includes a total of 206 residential apartments. From 206, 40 are two-Bhk, 138 three Bhk and 28 four BHKS. In addition, there will be 31 commercial apartments – 10 on the ground floor and 21 in the first.
On this occasion, Mr. Bansal asked the KPC Projects Limited project to increase the workforce to complete the work at a specified time. He called on the public and investors to buy apartments in this Towers. Secretary of NV Sreekanth Babu, Krishna Reddy, Ee Ravindraiah and advisor Ramakrishan Rao accompanied the vice -chairmen.
