All-Rounder Washington Sundar said that the young Indian party traveled by England was a recently closed Anderson-Tendelkar trophar full of energy and unity. He described the atmosphere of the camp as “wonderful” and noted that everyone eager to take responsibility.
A 25 -year -old man, one of the Indian artists in the series, added that the team entered the competition and knew that every player needed to get off in difficult situations. He felt players supporting each other and building strong bonds in and off the field.
When Sundar thought about the series, he said the mood in the youthful team was very special. “Really, the way the dressing room environment was built-it was wonderful. It’s an amazing atmosphere to be part of it, especially because we’re all quite young, and that’s extremely exciting,” Wisden said.
Sundar impressed the bat and the ball and scored 284 runs across four matches-including his first test one hundred and a half centuries. He also claimed seven goals, with the top four numbers in shifts. In the fifth test on the oval, he broke 53 out of only 46 balls and helped India to publish a competitive sum in third shifts.
All-Rounder admitted that the players were aware of the challenge before us and were ready to face it. Touring England is never easy as Stalwarty Virat Kohli, Ravichandran Ashwin and Rohit Sharma, who retired, was the task even harder for SHUBMAN GILL.
“They are coming to the series, we knew that all of us would have to get off in different situations. And when we look back, that happened. So many individuals have risen and changed the key moments into the team that won the matches,” he added.
Throughout the series, the friendship in the group was remarkable and probably played a major role in the help of India to bounce off the heavy defeat in Headingley and the heartbreaking loss in Lord’s. “This is exactly the team we always wanted to be part-we have become in this series. We have built some amazing bonds in and off the field,” he concluded.
A series of five matches ended with a draw of 2-2, but Sundar’s versatile performance was on the first overseas tour standout for the young Indian party. While visitors did not receive a series, Sundar’s emergence as a reliable versatile was the main positive hope that he could eventually fill the massive veteran Ravicandran Ashwin shoes.
