Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) said on Tuesday (August 5, 2025) that in July it reached the highest monthly electricity volume of 12,664 million units (MU), thus increased by 25.5 %year -on -year.
A total of 16.26 certificates for renewable sources for renewable LAKH (RECA) sources were traded within a month, IEX said.
According to the statement, the market price on the market with the daily market was 4.18 GBP/unit in July, year -on -year by 16 percent (year -on -year).
Similarly, the price on the market was real time during July this year to 3.83 GBP/unit, which is 23 percent.
The daily market (dam), including HPDAM, reached the volume in July 2024 in July 2025 in July 2025, which is an increase of 9 %.
The electricity market in real time (RTM) reported the highest monthly volume in July this year.
The volume of RTM increased to 5,109 MU in July 2025, from 3,334 in July 2024, which recorded an increase of 53 percent.
The daily pivot and term market (there), including HPTAM, emergency, daily and weekly and monthly contracts up to 3 months, traded 917 in July 2025 compared to 714 MU in July 2024, an increase of 28 percent.
The IEX Green Market, which includes the green and green segments of the term market, reached 1,025 in July this year compared to 990 MU in July 2024 and recorded an increase of 4 percent.
Dear average price on the green daily market (G-DAM) for July 2025 was 3.91 GBP/unit.
A total of 16.26 Lakh RECS was traded at the trading sessions held on 9 July 2025 and 30 July 2025.
The volume of the traded Rec in July this year decreased by 48 percent year -on -year.
