Nikita and Karen’s journey to Switzerland turned into a nightmare after an alleged attack at the hotel. A few Indian origin, who lives in Canada, claims that the Chinese attacked them in Seehotel Schwert.
Seehotel Schwert has 3.8 stars on Google. It stands £28 000–42 000 for a night stay at the hotel.
Nikita talked about the incident with HT. Reportedly suffered from damage to the jaw, dental problems, PTSD and anxiety. According to the couple, this problem began when they asked for fans because the hotel room did not have AC.

At first they were given a small fan and then rented one from the outside. Later, the hotel staff took the hotel back without informing them. Because employees did not speak English, they used Google Translate.
The worker reportedly returned the fan, but he was hard to behave with them. Reportedly he even called them “stupid”. The hotel, operated by a Chinese family, denied claims.
Nikita and Karan said the attack occurred on the day they were to check out from the Swiss hotel. Nikita claimed that when she went to choose fruit for breakfast, the same man shouted from the night. When Karan entered, he allegedly stopped.

“His treatment with us was very insulting and very much respected other people who spoke German and were white,” Nikita HT said, adding a racist color to the attack.
She approached another employee to complain, but the woman was negative. Soon thereafter, the man allegedly confronted Karan aggressively.
When Nikita began to record, the man tried to catch the phone and then attacked them. Reportedly kicked and did both. According to Nikita, he even threw a heavy ceramic mug on Nikita’s face.
The attack allegedly eliminated one tooth and damaged 11 more. She also suffered slices of lips and bruising chin. Reportedly suffered damage to temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She had to go through several dentures.

According to Nikita, doctors told her that she would never regain a full jaw. Karan said that his wife’s injury had a hard time bleeding.
They said they fled the hotel with some older women outside. The couple then sought medical services and informed the police.
Seehotel Schwert Hotel reacts
Seehotel Schwert denied the version of Indian origin events. Instead, in E -Mail, the leadership accused a couple of behaving grossly from the beginning, even required a free gift.
The owner said he lent them a personal fan, but they behaved. Reportedly insisted that it was their right since they paid.
“All the facts presented to the Swiss police would speak for themselves – we believe it is now necessary to clarify the situation that protects our employees and our reputation,” the hotel said.
According to the hotel, the filming of people is illegal in Switzerland. But Nikita did exactly the same.
“Together they physically attacked a 60 -year -old employee, knocked his glasses and caused his face bleeding, nose injuries and trauma head. The employee grabbed self -defense and threw a glass that accidentally hit a female tooth,” said HT.
