The State Defense Minister Sanjay Seth launched Milmedicon-2025 on Thursday (August 28, 2025): International Conference on Physical and Mental Trauma in Manekshaw Center in Nový Delhi.
The two -day event was organized by the General Directorate for Medical Services (Army).
At his address Mr. Seth, India emphasized the commitment of India in military medicine through global partnerships, research and respect for the link of the service. “It is a suitable tribute to our warriors and a decisive step towards solving health care prepared for the future,” he said.
The conference focuses on innovation, challenges and reforms in military medicine around the world. It refers to the “year of reforms” of the Indian Army and is located as a strategic initiative to strengthen international cooperation and strengthen the ability of trauma care in the operational environment.
The event also commemorates the centenary of the military nursing services, honors the centuries of exceptional services and the spirit of “Nari Shakti” in the fight against medical care.
The key negotiations at the conference will apply to advanced trauma care in combat, AI integration in military health care, innovative models of response to the battlefield and women in combat and leading roles.
Representatives from more than 15 countries, along with the dignitaries of the armed forces, civilian experts and academic land, participate in prefabricated discussions, poster sessions and exhibitions, making Milmedicon-2025 a global platform for strategic dialogue and medical innovation.
