The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will start a four -day visit to the United Kingdom and Maldives since the Wednesday 23rd July. The aim of the visit is to complete the much -awaited free trade agreement with the former, strengthen bilateral ties and advanced key strategic partnerships.
During the weekly discussion, Foreign Minister Vikram Misri also said that India and Maldives were discussing the negotiation of free trade agreement and investment contracts before visiting PM Modi in the South Asian nation.
A visit to the Prime Minister in the Maldives will be held on 25 and 26 July. That would be the third visit to PM Narendry modi in the Maldives.
