Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh met Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) defense ministers’ meeting in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
The two sides discussed the maintenance of peace and tranquility along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and exchanged views on broader regional security issues, including the situation in West Asia, a spokesman for the Chinese Embassy in India said on social media platform X.
