The fourth test of the Anderson-Tendulkar trophy starts on July 23 in Old Trafford, Manchester, with England leading the five-match series 2-1.Bashir was expelled from the rest of the series after suffering a fracture on his index finger on his left hand. The injury occurred on the 3rd day of the third test at the Lord when he tried to stop a wild ride from the Indian Ravindra Jadeja. Bashir later underwent surgery, but he will not play any other role in the series.Despite failure, 20-year-old off-Spinner played a key role in the 22-Lord’s 22-Lord’s victory and claimed that the last goal to strengthen the victory and put the host in advance in the series.In Bashir’s absence, Dawson gained a 35 -year -old memory of the test party. He last played a test match in July 2017 – his third – against South Africa. Dawson returns to the back of consistent performances in the regional cricket and brings valuable experience with Bat and Ball.
