The imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan is likely to have a bail on June 11 in the case of Al-Qadir Trust, said the top leader of the party.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) is ready to hear a petition demanding the suspension of punishment to Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi for £ 190 million al-Qadir Trust Case 11.
Khan, 72 years old, has been submitted in more cases in Adiala’s prison since August 2023.
Gohar Ali Khan, the boss of Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-E-insf (PTI), said that the founder of the party would secure the bail on that day that June 11 would be for Khan and his wife, but had no special reason.
IHC had previously postponed petitions in the case of Al-Qadir’s credibility until June 11. The adjournment came after the National Authority for Responsibility (NAP) asked for the preparation of its arguments, Ary News reported.
Gohar said on Saturday ary news that PTI will cooperate with opposition parties to start the movement, which will be led by the head of the patron of prison.
He called on opposition parties to join PTI for the survival and security of the country and revealed that the strategy for the upcoming budget was completed. “The party will be dealt with by a press conference on June 9,” he said.
At the beginning of last month, Khan said he would lead the upcoming protest movement against the Pakistani Muslim League A-Nawaz (PML-N) led the coalition government on Wednesday from prison.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and prominent leader Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-E-insf (PTI), Ali amin Gandapur, and at the beginning of this week, the movement in a full scale to release Eida al-Adha was threatened.
Khan, who faces several cases and was convicted in several of them, repeatedly claimed that the general elections from last year of February 8 to witness the “mother of all equipment”.
He called his rivals the Pakistani Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistani People’s Party (PPP) as “Mandate Thieves”.
Rana Sanullah, a special assistant to the Prime Minister of Political Affairs, spoke with the media in his home city of Faisalabad in Panjab on Saturday, urged PTI to accept Prime Minister Shehbaz Shaharif on negotiations and sit with the government to carry out electoral laws.
Gohar claimed that Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi was held in prison without any accusation to push the founder of the PTI and claim that no agreements would be concluded to release the founder.
He also rejected rumors about internal cracks within the PTI.
A few years ago, the National Agency for Crime (NCA) of the United Kingdom agreed to settle up to £ 190 million with the family of property assets Malik RIAZ.
According to an earlier report in Dawn NCA in August 2019, he said that he had been ordered to freeze on eight bank accounts containing £ 100 million, “suspicion that it was derived from bribery and corruption in the overseas nation.”
The NCA said it informed the then government operated by Khan’s PTI. It is said that Khan asked Shehzad Akbar, his auxiliary responsibility to solve the matter, which in turn “settled” the case of frozen funds belonging to the National Treasury, which was regulated against responsibility in Bahria, Dawn said.
It was found that Bahria Town Ltd, Malik’s real estate agency, illegally gained thousands of acres of land on the edge of Karachi in the Malir district. He donated hundreds of acres of al-Qadir Trust land, a non-profit organization that has only two administrators-Khan and Bushra Bibi.
