International students at the University of California in San Diego are struggling with increased challenges after the intervention of Donald Trump Administration 2.0 against visa politicians.
As stated by Associated Press, one Ph.D. A student who planned a summer trip to Hawaii with friends decided to cancel the escape after seeing colleagues through international students throughout the US, losing their legal immigration status.

They also felt home travel, carrying too much uncertainty and the risk of being worth it.
“I will probably skip it to … have as few interactions with governments as possible,” said a student who spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of targeting, as stated by the Associated Press.
Until the recent wave of sudden visa endings, some American universities have begun to urge international students and faculty to delay travel plans. Their warnings were rooted in growing fears of government events aimed at students involved in pro-Palestinian activism, including potential efforts to deport.

Since there have been reports of extensive revocation of immigration in recent weeks, many institutions have now strengthened their advice and warn international students to avoid insignificant travel abroad because of the risk of not allowing back to the country.
What is happening at the University of California?
The University of California in Berkeley issued a council last week, which warned that international travel is now bringing significant risk as a result of increased measures of “strict screenings and recovery” by federal authorities, and AP reported.
According to the Associated Press Review of University, official correspondence and court records, at least 1,220 foreign students at 187 universities, universities and university systems have been canceled by a visa or legal position – sweeping interventions concerning students and institutions.
However, the number of students affected seems much higher. In the government database, at least 4,736 records of international students, which maintain their legal status, ended, according to an immigration report and enforcement of customs questions about Congress questions, the report said.

Some foreign students decided to face sudden threats of deportation, and others have voluntarily left the country. Many of them said they had only minor offenses in their records – or they claimed that they had no clear explanation for the abolition of their legal status.
A growing uncertainty surrounding the enforcement of visa left one international student at the University of Illinois in a state of deep anxiety. AP said that a student who asked for anonymity for fear of targeting had maintained a “low profile” since the classmate was forced to leave the US after the loss of his legal status.

Now he is facing a planned home trip to Asia this summer, the student is torn between duty and fear. Although he has already bought a ticket and has no alternative place to stay, the idea that he will not be allowed back to the ground will fill him with fear.
“Right now,” he said, “I’m afraid I may not be able to return.”
Within the new policy, there are valid reasons to end the status of the appeal of visa students entering the US. In the past, if the student visa were canceled, they could generally stay in the US to complete the school, reported.
