Andr Pradesh (CID), who investigates the case of Bollywood actor Kadambari Jethwani, created an official of IPS and former CEO of the intelligence director P. Sitariam Anjaneyulu on Wednesday, on Wednesday, on Wednesday, on Wednesday, on Wednesday, on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the police arrested Mr. Anjaneyulu in her residence in Hyderabad and moved him to Vijayawada.
Mr. Anjaneyulu, who was previously suspended, was accused of being a key conspirator in a fake case against Mrs. Jethwani and arrested her and her family members.
The complaint filed by Kukkala Vidyasagar, a native of the Krishna district, the police Vijayawada, booked a case against Mrs. Jethwani and three of its family members on February 2, 2024. Later they were moved to Vijayawady along the road and produced in court.
13 September 2024, on the basis of a complaint filed by Mrs. Jethwani, the police Ibrahimpathnam registered the case against Mr. Vidyasagar and five police officers.
In her complaint, Mrs. Jethwani claimed that Mr. Anjaneyulu, the then police commissioner Vijayawad, Kanthi Rana Tata, the then representative of the police commissioner (Law and Order), Vishal Gunni, Held of West Zone Assistant for Police Commissioner K. Hanumantho Rao and Ibrahimat. Police of Juhu in Mumbai arrested her and her family members “without arresting intimation”.
Anjaneyulu claimed that the police hardened him, that the police had falsely involved him in a case where he had never attended.
He claimed that investigated officers were forcibly obtained by the religion, including his name, from other police officers. He said he had never heard of it, or he met Mrs. Jethwani.
However, the officials said that Mr. Anjaneyulu, who was a police officer at the highest level, connected with Mr. Vidyasagar and mounted pressure on the police Vijayawad when registering against Mrs. Jethwani and arrested it.
After the court heard the arguments, the court granted the judge to Judge Anjaneyulu by May 7, after which the police moved him to prison in Vijayawada.
