An NSS team from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Management (IIITDM) Kurnool distributed prasadam, drinking water and buttermilk to devotees near the Sangameswara Swamy temple at Jaganadhagattu on the outskirts of Kurnool on the occasion of Mahasivratri on Sunday.
Over 20 NSS volunteers took part in the service activity. Volunteers served the devotees from morning till night. Many devotees visiting the temple benefited from the distribution. The initiative reflects the spirit of selfless service and social responsibility, the institute said in a press release.
