The Indian man working in the United States expressed his disappointment in discrimination in the workplace and claimed that he was asked to prevent his colleagues from meeting, because his accent is difficult to understand.
The 32 -year -old man who concerned the Reddit social media website wrote: “Today I asked a team member (about 55 years) to update the project on my regular duties. He told me to stop talking at meetings because he did not understand my accent.”
A man living and working in the US who said he felt released and offended, wrote: “I felt released and offended. I have always tried to communicate clearly and professionally. No one else said anything like I have been with the same client for more than a year.”
