The legislative spokesman of the Assembly and Mla Mla UT Khader said that he did not say the media channels that Mohammed Fazilian family members were innocent in the murder of a thirty -year murder accused and former member of Bajarang Suhas Shetta. Only referred to the call he received from the family members.
Mr. Khader replied to the comments of the Mangaluru North Mla Y. Bharath Shetty and other BJP leaders who arrested Adil Mehroof, the brother of the murder victim in July 2022 Mohammed Fazil, in connection with Shetty Murder, Mr. Khader.

In a statement published to the media on Saturday evening, Mr. Khader said that after the murder of Shetty 1. May, the news was spreading that it was in retaliation for the murder of Fazil, in which Shetty was the main charged. He received a call from the Fazil’s father and his brothers, who said they had no role in Shetty’s murder.
Soon thereafter, he told the media channels about the claims made by Fazil family members and said that the murder of Shetty could be associated with the gang war. He also made it clear that the real facts of Shetty’s murder would come out after the accused, and everyone involved in Shetty’s murder will undergo serious imprisonment.
Mr. Khader said his statement of media channels was made to increase tensions, because Shetty’s murder was projected as a murder on the municipal lines, and some local leaders tried to take advantage of this situation.
Mr. Khader said he tried to bring peace. He did not speak in favor of or against anyone. The way BJP was incorrectly interpreted by his statements, not only showing his ignorance, but also against the obligations and constitutional values of public representatives, Mr. Khader said.
