In a funny tone, he added, “BTW promise, not crying; he was ready,” he playfully refused.The controversy began when Rishad said in an interview with Cricbuzz that Tom Curran was seen uncontrollably crying at the airport when the flights were suspended, and that “two or three people to calm him down”. He also claimed that Daryl Mitchell of New Zealand promised to not return to Pakistan due to the incident.Rishad Hossain, however, faced resistance and realized the gravity of his words and later released a formal apology. “The recent comment I made was distorted and created a false perception.
